• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of General Manager (Ops) should have Master (FG) (COC/COS)/ Dredge Master Grade-I. For the post of General Manager (Technical) MEO CL-I/Dredge Engineer Grade-I. 
• For the post of General Manager (Materials) MEO Class-I/ Dredge Engineer Grade-I/ Degree in Mechanical OR Marine Engineering. Please refer the notification for the other posts qualifications.
• Age Limit :The upper age should be below 52 years for GM posts. 45 years for Dy. GM posts as on the 31-10-2012.
• Age Relaxation:The upper Relaxation in age limit will be considered for SC/ ST/OBCs, etc., as per the existing Government guidelines.
