Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Deputy General Manager must possess degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.For the post of Assistant General Manager and Senior Manger candidates need to have degree in Engineering in the respective discipline with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
- For the post of Welfare Officer candidates must possess degree from a recognized University with 60% of marks and Degree or Diploma in Social Science, from a recognized university or Institute or LLB Degree with Labour Laws as elective subject. Candidates are requested to refer to the original notification for other posts detailed educational qualification.
- Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 50 years for the post of Deputy General Manager, 45 years for Assistant General Manager, 40 years for Senior Manger, Medical Officer and Welfare Officer(E-3 Grade), 35 years for Welfare Officer(E-2 Grade) and Deputy Manger, 30 years for Assistant Manager.The upper age limit prescribed for all posts shall be as on 31 July 2012.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, 10 years fro PWD candidates and 5 years for person domiciled in J&K .
