Eligibility Criteria :                                                                                                              

• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Officer (Finance) must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Institute of Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA).
• For the post of Senior Officer (Finance) candidates has to be Chartered Accountant (CA) or Institute of Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA) or B. Com (Regular and Full time) with minimum 55% marks in last year and Post-Graduation Degree (Regular and Full time) from Govt. recognized college / university recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) Specialization in Finance Management with minimum 55% marks (aggregate) in the final year / last two semesters.
• For the post of Senior Engineer (Mechanical) candidates must possess Mechanical Engineering  degree from Govt. recognized engineering college / university recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) with minimum 55% marks(aggregate) in last two years / last four semester.For all other posts candidates are requested to refer to the original notification for detailed educational qualification.
• Age Limit : Candidates upper age limit is 26 years for the post of Officer (Finance).29 years for the post of Senior Officer (Finance).28 years for the post of Senior Engineer (Mechanical) ,Officer (Human Resource) and Senior Engineer – Boiler Proficient.31 years for the post of Dy. Manager (Human Resource).
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, 10 years for PWD candidates, 5 years for persons domiciled in J&K, 5 years for Ex-Serviceman and 5 years for Children or Family members of the victims of 1984 riots.
