Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Technician Trainee (Mechanical) need to have the qualification of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. For the post of Technician Trainee (Electrical) Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- For the post of Technician Trainee (Instrumentation) Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering. For the post of Mechanist Trainee SSC with ITI in Mechanist trade. For the post of Draftsman SSC with ITI in Draftsman trade and should be qualified in AUTOCAD.
- Age Limit : The age should be less than 27 years for the posts Technician Trainee (Mechanical), Technician Trainee (Electrical), Technician Trainee (Instrumentation) and 25 years for Mechanist Trainee, Draftsman as on 01/09/2012.
- Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is given up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC and for Ex-Serviceman as per the govt. rules.
