Eligibility Criteria :                                                                                                           

• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post Manager (IT) should posses degree in Computer Engineering /Computer Science or full time Degree in any discipline from recognized University/ Institution,with 2 (two) years PG Diploma in Computer Science or full time Masters Degree in Computer Application from recognized University/Institution, with a minimum of 60 % marks in aggregate.For the post of Assistant Manager (HRD) need to have Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma of Two years (Full time) duration in personnel Management or Industrial Relations & welfare or HRD or HRM or  PM & IR or MBA with specialization in HRD or Personnel Management from recognised institute of repute with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.For the post of Assistant Manager (Finance) need to have degree in any discipline with ACA/ AICWA/MBA(Finance) from XLRI,IIMs or XIMB for candidates belonging to General and SEBC category. For candidates belonging to SC & ST category, the minimum qualification is Degree in any discipline with MBA(Finance) from a University or Institution.
• Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 33 years for the posts of Assistant Manager (HRD) and Assistant Manager (Finance) as on 01-05-2012.42 years for the post of Manager (IT).
• Age Relaxation : 5 years for SC/ST/Woman/SEBC candidates and 10 years for PWD candidates.
