- Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the posts of Professor, Assoc. Professor under the discipline Transfusion Medicine must possess MD (Pathology)/ PhD (Pathology)/ D.Sc (Pathology)/ DNB (Pathology). For the posts Professor, Assoc. Professor under the discipline Emergency Medicine should have MD (General Medicine)/ MS (General Surgery)/ MD (Anesthesiology)/ MD (Respiratory Medicine)/ MS (Orthopedics)/ DNB in any of the above disciplines. For the posts Professor, Assoc. Professor under the discipline Rheumatology must have MD (General Medicine)/ MD (Pediatrics)/ MD (PMR)/ DNB in any of the above disciplines.
- Age Limit : The age should be less than 55 years for Professors and 50 years for Assoc. Professors as on 01-08-2012.
