•  Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with relevant experience for Company Secretary. For the post of Junior Executive (System) candidates should possess three years Diploma in Computer Applications with one year experience.
