• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Librarian need to have the qualification of Master’s Degree in Library Science/information Science/Documentation with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent. 
• For the post of Programmer First Class B.E./B/Tech.(CSE/IT) or MCA/M.Tech.(Comp Sc./Comp Sc. & Engg. / Software Engg.) or equivalent. For the posts of Computer Operator and Data Entry Operator First class BCA or First class 3-year Diploma in CSE/IT/ECE from State Technical Board or equivalent.
• Age Limit :The age should be less than 50 years as on 01-10-2012.
• Age Relaxation:The upper age limit is relaxable on cogent grounds in special cases by the competent authority.
