• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post Research Assoc. or Project Officer/ Scientist should have PhD in Physics with specialization in (Solar Energy / Optics/Electronics) or M.Tech / M.E in Thermal Eng. / Energy Eng. / Power Electronics with 60% or 6.5 CGPA and above. 
• For the post of Senior Research Fellow or Project Officer / Scientist M.Sc in Physics with specialization in (Solar Energy/ Optics/ Electronics) with 60% with 02 years of Research Experience with qualified GATE score or M.Tech / M.E in Thermal Eng. / Energy Eng. / Power Electronics with 60% or 6.5 CGPA and above.
• For the post of Junior Research Fellow or Project Associate M.Sc in Physics with 60 % or 6.5 C.G.P.A and above with qualified GATE score or B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics with 60% or 6.5 CGPA and qualified in GATE.
