• Educational Qualification : Candidates should have ACS/ FCS for the post of Company Secretary, preference will be given to the candidates having qualification of CA/ICWA/MBA/ Degree in Law and Candidates applying for the post of Assistant Manager (Law) should have 3 or 5 years Integrated Law Course.For remaining all other posts candidates are requested to refer to the original notification.
• Age Limit : Should not be more than 40 years of age for Company Secretary post and 35 years of age for Assistant Manager (law) post as on 1-1-2013.
