• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Management Trainee (General)   should have Degree with 1^st Class Master of Business Administration, Specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resource/ Industrial Relation form a recognized university.
• For the post of Management Trainee (Accounts) Degree with 1^st Class Master of Business Administration in Finance or Passed in CA or ICWAI.
• For the post of Accountant B.Com/ B.A. (Commerce)/CA. For the post of Jr. Technical Assistant Degree in Agriculture or Degree with Zoology, Chemistry or Bio-Chemistry as one of the subjects.
• Age Limit :The upper age should be below 28 years as on 26-10-2012.
• Age Relaxation:The upper age relaxation for the reserved candidates will be as per the govt. rules.
