• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Manager should have Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Mineral/ Dressing/ Civil/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Automation for the post of Manager. For the post of Deputy Manager candidates must possess Engineering Degree / Post Graduation in the Concern field.
• Age Limit : Should not be more than 40 years of age for Manager Post and 37 years of age for Deputy Manager as on 1-1-2013.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
