•  Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Bachelor degree in Library Science with basic knowledge in Computer application for the post of Library Assistant and for the post of Steno Gr II canidates should possess 10+2 from recognized board with 80wpm speed in  Shorthand and good speed in typing and good knowledge in Computer application. 
• Age Limit : Should not be above 30 years of age.
