•   Educational Qualification: For the post of Technical Officer – A candidates should have  three years degree with Psychology as a subject and have five years relevant experience and candidates applying for the post of Technician – A should have Matriculation from recognized board with one year certificate in required discipline. 
• Age Limit : Should not be above 35 years of age for Technical Officer – A and not above  28 years of age for Technician – A as on 25-11-2014 
• Age Relaxation : SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years.
