The Hindustan Insecticides Limited (HIL) invites applications for recruitment of Manager (Seed Production), Assistant Administrative Officer (Information Technology) and Junior Sales Officer. HIL is going to fill up 15 posts through this job notification.

Eligibility Criteria :                                                                                                              

  • Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Junior Sales Officer must possess degree in Agriculture or Science Graduate with 2 years experience of selling pesticides at the consumer level through distributors/dealers.
  • Candidates applying for the post of Assistant Administrative Officer need to have degree in Engineering in Computer Science or Information Technology from the recognized institute/college with 2 years experience in the relevant field.
  • Candidates applying for the post of Managers must possess Post Graduate in Agriculture with 6 years post qualification experience or Graduate in Agriculture with 8 years post qualification experience in Seed Production/Marketing preferably in Seed division in Agriculture university/Seed Corporations/Multinational seed companies, out of which a minimum of 4 years experience in handling a seed unit independently.
  • Age Limit : Candidates upper age limit is 40 years for all the posts.
  • Age Relaxation: Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and Ex-serviceman ,dependents of those killed in action and 3 years for OBC. Age is also relaxable by 5 yrs in the case of persons working in Central Government/Semi Government/Public Sector Undertaking. Candidates from PSUs/Govt./Semi-Govt.
