• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Library Assistant must possess Bachelor Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce and BLISc.
• For the post of Office Assistant Graduate in any discipline with Diploma in Computer Application or equivalent from University/ Govt. recognized Society/ BCA/ B.Sc (IT)/ PGDCA. For the post of Senior Instructor 1^st Class Diploma in relevant disciplines.
• Age Limit :Age should be less than 38 years as on 01/01/2012.
• Age Relaxation: Relaxation of upper limit of age in case of ST/SC and OBC candidates will be as per Assam Govt. Rules.
