- Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Senior Manager should have Bachelor Degree and Two years MBA/ MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resources Management with minimum 55 % marks.
- For the posts of Manager, Dynamic Manager Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 55 % marks.
- For the post of Sr. Officer (Fire & Safety) Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire / Fire & Safety with minimum 60% marks.
- For the post of Senior Engineer Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 60 % marks.
- Age Limit :The upper age should be below 45 years for Sr. Manager, 40 years for Manager, 35 years for Dy. Manager, 30 years for Sr. Officer & Sr. Engineer.
- Age Relaxation:The upper age is relaxable by 3 years in case of OBC. Up to 5 years in case of SC/ST. 10 years for PWD.
