Eligibility Criteria :                                                                                                              

• Educational Qualification : Candidates applying for the post of Customer Agent must be a graduate in any discipline (minimum three years duration) from a recognised university with ability to speak English and preference will be given to candidates conversant with local language and basic computer operation.
• Age Limit :  Candidates age must be between 18 to 31 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates as on 01-08-2012.
• Age Relaxation: 2 years for SC/ST candidates and relaxation in age for Ex-Servicemen as per Government Guidelines.
